My teaser this week comes from one of my favorite books – Good Omens by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett.
Anathema hadn’t really made herself at home in the cottage. Most of her implements were piled up on the table. It looked interesting. It looked, in fact, as though a voodoo priest had just had the run of a scientific equipment store.

Anathema Device is just one of the many, many zany and wonderful characters in this book. I love it so much. Who knew the Apocalypse could be so much fun? I wrote a full review here, which I wrote way back in 2012. So it’s been a while, and I am thoroughly enjoying reading through it again.

It is really good. Both authors are tops in their genre (although Pratchett is sadly no longer with us), and combining their genius just takes it to a whole other level.

I adore this book! It is so quirky and snarky in all the right ways. It had been several years since I had read it, so I figured it was due for a revisit.
